This is an Ayurvedic eye treatment whereby ghee is used. It is a treatment to clean the eyes and a good treatment to get rid of tired and painful eyes. The treatment is preceded by a short head, neck and face massage.The Netra basti is a very relaxing treatment for the eyes and the entire nervous system. This treatment also has a rejuvenating effect on the eyes.

Contraindications: conjunctivitis, blepharitis, corneal ulcers, glaucoma
